Our stay was amazing, especially in the spacious double room with a lovely balcony and a cozy vibe. The indoor pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxation after exploring. Just a heads up, the noise from outside traffic was a bit more than we expected, but it didn't ruin our fun! 😊

Staying here felt like a mini-vacation! We loved the easy access to the Patscherkofel cable car for hiking and the cozy village atmosphere. Plus, having our non-service dog with us made it even better—everyone was so welcoming.

My kids wished the pool was open 24 hours for them to splash around anytime.

i had a fantastic 3-night stay at bon alpina! the receptionist welcomed me with a smile and gave me the innsbruck welcome card. my room was super comfortable, and the cleaning staff kept it spotless. breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options like scrambled eggs, bacon, and an excellent selection of drinks. the staff were incredibly cheerful and made me feel right at home.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Bon Alpina. The warm and inviting decor created a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally attentive, promptly assisting me with my luggage and making me feel very welcomed throughout my visit.

Improve accessibility in common areas for seniors.

The location offers easy transport with the free welcome card, making access to the city a breeze. Breakfast featured a delightful array of options, including scrumptious scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. Additionally, all staff members were exceptionally friendly, further enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. However, finding parking was quite a challenge, particularly during busy periods, and the room was a bit smaller than expected for a longer stay.

The ski bus service was ultra convenient, running every 10 minutes!

The chaos at breakfast made it hard to navigate the food placement.
